Peter P. Kocol, 91, of Mt. Prospect, passed away June 11, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Dolores Kocol, nee Hood. Loving father of Katherine (Terry) Tindill, Patricia (Mike) Gucciardi, Steven Kocol. Devoted grandfather of Daniel (Renee) Gucciardi, David (Molly) Gucciardi, and Douglas (Kayla) Gucciardi, great grandfather of Max, Ryder, Leo, Quentin, Ray, and Lulu. Fond uncle of Teddy Kocol. Preceded in death by siblings Clara Gostomski and Theodore Kocol.
Peter proudly served in the Navy during WWII. Member of the Mt. Prospect V.F.W. Post 1337
Visitation Wednesday, 3:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. at Friedrichs Funeral Home, 320 W. Central Rd. (at Northwest Highway) Mt. Prospect.
Visitation Thursday, 9:00 A.M. until Funeral Mass at 10:00 A.M. at St. Cecilia Church, Golf Rd. (Rt. 58) at Meier Rd., Mt. Prospect.
